I was hired by these folks to help them pull together a Go To Market Strategy and Brand Story to better communicate with consumers and investors.
The team has a great system of small robotic modules and unique folded paper structures that are combined to make customized robots that you can interact with via a mobile app.
Together we did a brand essence exercise, competitive product analyses, target market research, brand experience exercise, product channel strategy, product creation strategy and roadmap including licensing, and online influencer resource program. 
Using tried and true brand building exercises we distilled the essence of what Orimagi means and how they give kids opportunities at creative self-expression while concurrently developing STEM skills.  It's a nicely balanced system between the right and left halves of the brain.
The platform also lends itself to a LOT of secondary play after the robots are built.  There are games baked in to the kit and unlimited storytelling opportunities.
